Cook from frozen. Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 170-180°C and fry for 2-3 minutes, until fully cooked. Conventional Oven: Preheat to 230°C (fan-forced). Place squid on a preheated tray and bake for 12-14 minutes, turning halfway until fully cooked. Air Fry: Set to 180°C. Arrange squid in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway. Adjust cooking times as needed.
