Thaw from frozen before cooking. For best results, pan fry. Pan Fry: Heat a small amount of oil in a pan over medium heat. Place fillet skin-side down and cook for 5–6 minutes until the skin is crisp. Turn and cook for a further 3–4 minutes until the flesh is cooked through. Use fish weight as needed. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C (fan-forced). Lightly brush or spray fillet with oil and place skin-side up on a lined tray. Bake for 15–18 minutes until cooked through. Air Fry: Set temperature to 200°C. Lightly spray fish with cooking oil and arrange in a single layer and cook for 12-14 minutes, turning halfway. Adjust cooking times as needed.
