Cook from frozen. For best results, deep fry.
Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 160-170°C and fry for 1-2 minutes until golden in colour. Conventional Oven: Preheat to 200°C (fan-forced). Lightly spray frozen fish with cooking oil and place on a preheated tray and bake for 18-20 minutes, turning halfway. Air Fry: Set temperature to 200°C. Lightly spray frozen fish with cooking oil and arrange in a single layer and cook for 12-14 minutes, turning halfway. Adjust cooking times as needed.
