Although all care is taken to remove bones from this product, the occasional bone may still be found.

For best results, thaw frozen fillets before cooking. Pan-fry for 1-2 minutes, starting skin side down, and turn halfway for a succulent, firm fillet. These fillets are ideal for shallow frying with a seasoned crumb or a light tempura batter. Ideal for tapas, entrées, canapés, seafood platters, share plates, or classic fish and chips. Adjust cooking preferences and times as needed.
