Fresh, crisp and full of flavour — our Australian Crumbed Whiting Fillets are the star of this light, summery dish. Paired with a fresh cucumber salad and topped with a creamy yoghurt dill tartare, it’s a simple, elegant option perfect for menus or at home.

Ingredients:
• 4 Porte D’Mer Crumbed Whiting Fillets
• 1 Cucumber, sliced
• 1 tbsp chopped dill
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & pepper to taste
Yoghurt Tartare –
• 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp chopped dill

Instructions:
1.	Cook Crumbed Whiting Fillets according to pack directions (for best results, deep fry).
2.	Toss sliced cucumber, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.
3.	In a separate bowl, combine yoghurt tartare ingredients until smooth.
4.	Serve the whiting with salad and a spoonful of tartare. Garnish with fresh dill.
